Quenched and Tempered Alloy Steel.
Manufactured in accordance with EN 1677-2 and ASME B30.26.
Proof Load tested at 2.5 times the WLL with certification for each batch manufactured.
Design factor 5:1 for hoist use or 4:1 for G100 Sling use.
Fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times the WLL.
Tempering temperature minimum 400ºC.
Magnaflux crack detection is performed 100% on each batch.

This Grade 100 swivel sling hook incorporates a ball bearing swivel that allows free rotation under load, significantly reducing torsional forces transferred into the chain sling. Designed as the load-connecting end component, it improves load alignment and handling efficiency. Commonly used in lifting applications involving rotating or asymmetrical loads, including machinery installation and steel handling.
